With the First Witch awakened, he knew it was only a matter of time before the packs were alerted and gathered. He had done all he could to pacify the masses; spinning lie after lie about everything being under control. And added to the fact that on several occasions he tried taking the life of his new Luna, it’s a wonder he and the others even made it out of Shadowvale with their heads still attached.
