Summary: The hunters make themselves known to Greymane when Bane accidentally runs into them while out on the prowl. Lobo returns to the manor and Kaya questions everything he experienced while away. The manor is flooded with new wolves and everyone is ramped up about something. When Kaya learns there is a true Alpha and that her father is heading into another war, she begins to panic, fearing what that means for their future.

Jacobi waited near the southern end of the park as Harley setup on the north. Their “bait” was tranquilized and laying in the center of the area near a small fountain. His wound was severe enough to cause bleeding but hidden from view from other people passing by so as not to cause alarm from the humans. They would just see him as some drunken, homeless guy passed out in the park. That was nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that warranted a second look.

He breathed in the night air as he waited. The azaleas and nearby gardenias were sweet but they masked the scent of anything else. Curiosity shot through him as he wondered if there were wolves watching him at that very moment. Quietly stalking him like a piece of meat that he was none the wiser for. The moon was high tonight and though it wasn’t completely full, it was getting there and he knew pretty soon they’d have more than enough action to occupy their time.

Episode 07: Misery

Summary: Lexi and Faith recall the vision concerning Rafe and Faith makes it a point to mention her favoritism towards Kaya is prejudiced and should stop. Gideon wolves arrive and she informs them that there are more new wolves in town that they need to move on immediately. Rafe is going crazy waiting for his transition and asks Kaya to retrieve some personal effects for him from his place. She heads to his apartment and runs into Gideon wolves. Byron of Gideon helps her escape and they get back to their manor but arriving empty handed places Luther in a foul mood and he takes it out on an unsuspecting victim.

Once she arrives she discovers a large amount of wolves in need of a home and they all appear afraid of something. The hunters are back and decide they need to kill a few wolves before the approaching full moon reaches.

Episode 05: Visions

Luther determined to become the only Alpha respected and housed in Willow Reed makes a move on Lobo, attacking him with two other wolves. Lobo's seer Lexi stops them before they are able to complete their task and tells Lobo he has to stop Luther before he gets what he's after.

Luther made it to the summit in record time, stomping through his old hunting grounds as he waited for the other members of the council to show. He stayed in form, stalking behind one of the locals, snarling and growling low as the shadows lurched further behind him.

Episode 04: Moonlit Promenade

Gideon's Alpha Luther and Greymane's Armand are called away to an emergency WarCouncil summit where it's reported the seers had a vision.

And at night, they worked on hunting, shifting and harnessing the full power of the moon. Though he had yet to fully transition, she wanted to ensure when the time came he would be fully prepared.

Rafe agrees and meets the Alpha of the Greymane pack: Armand Villalobos.

Summary: Rafe awakens next to the mauled body of a woman he'd met at a club and cannot recall anything that took place before that. He is hunted and chased through the woods and searches for a way out. Greymane wolves Kaya, Connor, Bane and Ulrick find him and take him back to the manor for rest where he learns the reason the hunters were after him.

Gotta keep moving, gotta get out of here, the only thoughts moving through his head as he raced quickly through the underbrush dodging protruding branches and jumping over fallen logs and rocks. The sound of the barking and growling dogs hot on his tail scared him and he moved to keep from getting caught. The moonlight was peeking between the trees above him casting a pale blue glow and dimly lighting a path for him to follow in the darkened woods. He had no idea where he was or even how he came to be there yet all he could think of was how he got into this mess.

His feet pounded the moist dirt and grass as he moved quicker. The slimy feel of the mud squished between his toes but felt surprisingly cool to his sore soles. His ankles cracked with every step and his calves were on fire. His body was giving out on him but he couldn’t stop now, not with those gunmen behind him.
